We take great pride in our extensive collection of 150 horses and over 200 goats, ensuring a vibrant and diverse animal community.Steeped in history, Congress Hill Farm once belonged to the esteemed harness racing driver and trainer, Herve Filion, whose remarkable career boasts an astounding 15,180 wins and a well-deserved place in the prestigious Harness Racing Hall of Fame.
